Job Detail: OES Healthcare Recruitment is delighted to be working closely with a well regarded provider of health services in Guernsey in recruiting a Registered Midwife for an exciting opportunity rotating across both hospital and community settings.

For this Band 6 Registered Midwife position you will be required to possess a minimum of 3 -4 years post NMC registration experience in a Midwife role.

If successful you will be taking up employment with a dedicated, innovative obstetric led unit providing care for all normal and high risk pregancies which actively encourages and supports womens\' choice. The unit itself has an average delivery rate of approx. 700 babies per annum, with your extended rotational role also seeing you provide care and support to mothers in the wider community. The employer is an awarded provider of such care and will work with you and support you in developing your own specialist skills and career.

Your skills will be rewarded with a salary up to £35,000, whilst your extensive benefits will be comprised of pension, subsidised accommodation, reimbursed NMC subsciptions, interview expenses, flight expenses upon joining, and much more. In addition to this you will also receive a £1000 bonus after completing 12 months service, whilst a bonus of £750 will be paid to you each and every year.
